What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@hourshaircare.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the order or damage so we can assist.

When will my order ship and how do I track it?
We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or holidays) will be fulfilled the next business day. When your order ships, we’ll send you a email with the tracking number for your order.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

What are your shipping costs?
For orders $50 and over, standard shipping is free within the continental US! Orders less than $50 will be charged $7.95 for standard shipping. *At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, and are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to aerosol shipping restrictions.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We're here to help! Send a photo of the damage within 5 days of delivery to hello@hourshaircare.com so we can assist.
What if my package is lost or misdelivered?
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, please first check with your carrier to help locate the package. Lost or misdelivered packages must be reported to hello@hourshaircare.com within 14 days of your shipment notification email in order to pursue replacement or refund. After that time, hOURS can no longer take responsibility for the order.

Yes! As professionals, we know first-hand how important it is to protect your hair color and keratin investments, that's why we created safe, effective formulas.
How can I optimize my results with Full-Time?
Full-Time plumping mousse can be used to create body while blow drying, air-drying or diffusing curls. This product has a medium hold.
For optimal results, use small amounts starting at your roots then comb it through to your ends. Less is always more in the beginning. If your hair is dry or damaged, apply a hair lotion, serum or leave-in before using the mousse. This helps balance the porosity of the hair and allows the mousse to perform properly.
