Orders

When will my order ship and how do I track it?

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or holidays) will be fulfilled the next business day. When your order ships, we’ll send you a email with the tracking number for your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Email us at hello@hourshaircare.com with your order number so we can help you.

What are your shipping costs?

For orders $50 and over, standard shipping is free within the continental US! Orders less than $50 will be charged $7.95 for standard shipping. *At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, and are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to aerosol shipping restrictions.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

We're here to help! Send a photo of the damage to hello@hourshaircare.com so we can assist.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your haircare! If you did not love what you ordered, we offer a 50% refund of the product purchase price along with a 25% discount toward your next order within 30 days of purchasing. Terms and conditions may apply to promotions or sales. To minimize our carbon footprint, please keep the product, donate it, or gift it to someone else. Contact hello@hourshaircare.com so that we can help you with your order or find a product that’s right for you!

What if my package is lost or misdelivered?

Lost or misdelivered packages must be reported to hello@hourshaircare.com within 14 days of your shipment notification email in order to pursue replacement or refund. After that time, hOURS can no longer take responsibility for the order.

Professionals and Wholesale

Where can licensed professionals shop hOURS?

Licensed professionals can shop hOURS through our approved distribution partners, SalonCentric.com and The Hue. You can also shop hOURS on Faire Marketplace. For salon support, please contact us at hello@hourshaircare.com.

How can I order wholesale for my retail business?

Wholesale partners can purchase hOURS through our shop on Faire Marketplace. Please note that each partnership must be approved by hOURS haircare. For questions, please contact us at hello@hourshaircare.com.
